General requirements:

Q.A. Developer

1. Define test strategies, metrics and plan best suited for a given crew
2. Manage and participate in the crew’s test activities, including design reviews, code reviews, unit testing, exploratory testing, automation and application building
3. Help the overall QA team design and develop automation frameworks and tools with the same level of quality as any shipping product

.Net Software Developer

1. Excellent knowledge of C#/VB.NET/ASP.NET Programming, or willing to be trained if you know at least one language when you start with Mycos
2. Very Good knowledge of XHTML, CSS, Javascript and AJAX
3. Very Good knowledge of SQL or ORM
4. Willing to develop under TDD or BDD

Ruby Software Developer

1. Very Good knowledge of Ruby/Ruby On Rails programming (Or willing to be)
2. Very Good knowledge of XHTML, CSS, Javascript and AJAX
3. Very Good knowledge of SQL or ORM

iPhone Software Developer

1. Experience with OSX environment
2. Very Good knowledge of Objective-C/C++ programming (Or willing to be)

Qualification

1. Studying in university majoring in Computer engineering or Computer science or Information Technology.
2. Knowledge in Window Application, ASP.NET Web Application, PHP, XHTML, XML, Dreamweaver, Multi-Threading application, MS-SQL.
3. Understand basic of .NET Framework, OOP concept.
4. Must be able to code a simple algorithm ( e.g. sort in link list).
5. Understand relational database concept and familiar with T-SQL.
6. Familiar with .NET programming concept and comfortable using C#.
